CPT provides physical, occupational, and speech therapists who cover the seven-county Chicagoland area. All therapists are properly licensed and maintain the appropriate credentials per regulatory requirements; company in-service programs ensure that staff is kept current of regulatory developments and their effects on clinical practice. Our staff follows policies and procedures that are customized to meet your needs and are available for meetings as needed. Our office supplies a full array of customized reports including (but not limited to) referrals accepted with the assigned therapist(s), therapist schedules, projected/confirmed visits and recertification/discharge projections to further ensure that you have the correct information in a timely manner. Paperwork for all visits and invoices are mailed or delivered to your office within deadlines that you specify.
