               Wellness Program

This program, based on the teachings of Deepak Chopra, MD and David Simon, MD emphasizes physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Topics include such topics as learning how the mind and body are one; identifying which foods create optimal energy and health; understanding how the cycles of nature influence your physical and emotional well being; enlivening the senses and reducing or overcoming addictive or self-destructive behavior.

Creating Health Workshops

Creating Health Workshops are a core component of the teachings of The Chopra Center for Well Being. Developed by Dr. David Simon, The Center's medical director, and other faculty members, this program helps participants reduce stress and make healthier lifestyle choices. These popular seminars are offered periodically by CPT staff and associates who have completed the Chopra Center's certification program.

Each complete Workshop consists of Five Lessons. Certain workshop events will include all Lessons, while others will focus on a single Lesson.
