The Wellness Program offered by CPT offers stress-reducing workshops and techniques to help individuals live healthy, happy lives.
Workshops focus on the teachings of The Chopra Center. Topics include:
- Learning how the mind and body are one
- Identifying which foods create optimal energy and health
- Understanding how the cycles of nature influence your physical and emotional well-being
- Enlivening the senses
- Overcoming addictive or self-destructive behavior
Workshops are presented by CPT staff and associates who have completed the Chopra Center’s certification program and requirements.
